Wonderful Vegan Irish Soda Bread, made in just 1 bowl! It is moist and delicious. You are going to love how easy this is to make!

There are two things I do every St. Patrick’s Day, plant sweet peas and make Irish soda bread for my family.

Did you know it is lucky to plant peas on St. Patrick’s Day?
I may need a little luck with my sweet peas, but I won’t be needing any luck with this recipe because it is delightful and would surprise many! No one would guess there are no eggs or dairy involved, and best of all you can make them in one bowl for easy cleanup.
How this Vegan Irish Soda Bread recipe Came about
The hardest part for Lydia becoming a vegan was the homemade baked goods. That first Christmas was really hard for her with all of the cookies and cakes being served. I decided to create some really tasty vegan baked goods. This was my first vegan recipe.

Below is my original non-vegan recipe and next to it in bold are the easy vegan adjustments made. It really mixes up fast and has a wonderful texture and touch of sweetness to it…everyone should have a little sweetness in their life!
