I couldn’t take it anymore. It seems like everyday this summer has been so hot (and we sure could use rain 🙏🏼) Too warm to work in here, so I am outside with Iris kitty sewing. I gathered all my little stitcheries and took a quick picture for #wipwednesdays They looked so pretty with the zinnias. I feel like I’ve tapped into my creativity lately. Let me tell you, it feels good! I lost part of my joy when our Leo kitty passed away during this strange time. I can’t explain why, it was just gone. (I wrote about him last week - link above) Having faith, and my family and friends definitely helped me through it. And it’s back in a different way. I can’t stop now and have so many projects started, I have to force myself to finish them one at a time. Here is my first piece (available real soon) Happy #flowerfriday friends

I’m still in flower mode over here. I planted more zinnia seeds this morning. (I think there’s still time 🤞) And all of the blue hydrangeas are blooming their mop heads off, inspiring the beginnings of this little piece.
