That is all I am thinking about today.
I am not going to listen to the news, just to worry about something that I have no control over. I find comfort in praying and keeping my mind busy.
Having faith over fear.
We all know that stress and worry are not good for our bodies.
Get distracted, go for a walk, watch a happy movie, start a new project, garden, play with the kitties, those are things that I do when my mind starts to go down that dark road.
Find joy in anything that clears your mind of this fear that the media is causing.
It’s good to be proactive and aware, but it’s not healthy to live with fear.
